A FOUND FRIEND AND LIFE SKILLS PROGRAMME
Following the activity plan of the project during the period November 2007- January 2008, AFCR has implemented workshops regarding “Life skills program” with the high school students in the four schools in Tirana. The first topic developed was on mediation and the second on debate/negotiation.

PROBLEM OF HIGH RATE OF UNEMPLOYED REFUGEE POPULATION
Humanitarian center for integration and tolerance organized four meetings with representatives of local authority, refugees and representatives of Commissariat for refugees of Serbia and Council for solving questions of refugees and displaced persons of Vojvodina. The aim of these meetings was to talk about concrete problems and experiences about different aspects of refugee integration in Municipality of Temerin and possibilities and ways for their durable reintegration.

ADVOCACY RIGHTS OF VULNERABLE GROUPS (REFUGEES, IDPS AND RETURNEES FROM WEST EUROPE) IN SERBIA
ATF Serbia in the period from 1 September till 31 December 2007 continued with advocacy rights of refugees aimed at sustainable resolution of refugees and development of system of free of charge legal assistance. Activities were also targeted at resolving IDPs issue. In the following period it is expected that legal framework relating resolving refugee issues and provision of free of charge legal assistance by adoption of new law and by amendments and modifications of Strategy for resolving refugees and IDPs. Also, dialog aimed at overcoming obstacles that slow down or prevent sustainable return of refugees to Croatia.

INTERNATIONAL HUMAN RIGHTS DAY
Every year, for the past nine years, Human Rights Office celebrated December 10th -International Human Rights Day. This was an opportunity to remind the citizens on significance of the Universal Declaration on Human Rights, and to raise level of awareness about human rights and civil liberties.

NGO ZENA BIH FROM MOSTAR (BIH) PARTICIPATED AT THE COORDINATION MEETING ORGANIZED BY MINISTRY FOR HUMAN RIGHTS AND REFUGEES
During the reporting period ZENA BiH representatives in charged of TRIANGLE project on June 6, 2007, at the cantonal assembly, participated to Coordination meeting of the subjects engaged on return and reconstruction on the area which is in jurisdiction of Regional Center Mostar. Coordination meeting was organized by Ministry for human rights and refugees - sector for reparation, development, monitoring and regional centers – Regional Center Mostar.

THE MEETING OF THE COMMISSION FOR MIGRATIONS, REFUGEES AND POPULATION OF THE PARLIAMENTARY ASSEMBLY AND NGO I WANT TO GO HOME, CROATIA
IWTGH representative participated at the meeting with the delegation of the Commission for Migrations, Refugees and Population of the Parliamentary Assembly of the European Council. IWTGH representative handed over the material produced within the Triangle Network project (statute analysis written in 2007 and Triangle movie produced in 2006). On the base of visits to Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Macedonia, Serbia and Kosovo and Metohija, the Commission will prepare its regular report on the situation of refugees in Southeast Europe.

Refugees from Croatia now living in Serbia who addressed IAN legal service show much interest for the issue of reconstruction of property in Croatia that has been conditioned by the Croatian government with the registration of residence from 1991.
